Kim Baird

Kim Baird is an inspirational speaker, award winning author (winner of the Gowor International Publishing Award 2015), transformational coach and entrepreneur. Kim has helped thousands of people to transform their lives and their businesses for the better. She has a passion for living life full out by your own rules and absolutely loves helping others to do the same; helping them to consciously create the life that they truly desire.

Her skills at transforming others have come from vast training, and her own unique experiences in life. Why do I need to apply?

This is to make sure that this retreat is a good fit for you and is the best way for us to help you. It’s intensive and we want to make sure that your business is at the point where this is ideal for you and your situation.  We also want to make sure that the small group that we do have at the retreat is a good match for each other.

If you’re unsure simply apply and we will help you make the best choice, this is not a pressure sales call, rather a quick chat to see if the retreat is going to be right for you.  We have had people apply who aren’t in the right place in their business for this retreat and has let them know it’s not a match for them.

How many people are attending?

There are only 5 places in this retreat to ensure you get plenty of time focused on you and your business.  If you do want to bring a business partner to work on the business together during the retreat then that is fine, but we will only be working on 5 businesses at the retreat so you can’t bring someone that has a different business.

How are the 4 days structured?

During retreat we have sessions together as a group over the 4 days but you will also be working by yourself for some of the time (don’t worry we’ll be there to guide and help you along the way).  There will be some downtime for you to create clarity on what you want to create, and there will be some surprise activities to help you recharge and relax to allow massive transformation while you are there.  There are no strict schedules for any of the days, so if you are unable to let go of control and need to know every little detail beforehand, then this retreat probably isn’t for you!

I’ve been to heaps of workshops and seminars before. Am I really going to get anything out of this retreat?
