It seems impossible but I’m now climbing better at 40 than I did when I was much younger.
Sure there are a few external things I’ve changed, but the #1 thing that has changed this is not what you’d expect.
It’s not because I have kids, that actually makes me climb and train less.
It’s not better climbing partners, I’m climbing with my buddies from the old days.
Lastly it’s not through long training and learning, it’s taken me 6 months to push beyond what I was doing, and it’s been easy.
So what has created it?
What goes on internally. The #1 thing responsible for the results in our lives: Inner Game
Inner Game is not Mindset, it’s much more than that, it’s about your energy, your vibration, your emotions, everything that goes on inside you.
Inner Game is so powerful that my wife Kim has created transformational course on it, if you’re frustrated by a lack of results, or because you’ve reached a plateau, this can change everything for you, exactly as it has for my climbing:
Everything you do starts first as a thought and as a vibration or a *feeling* inside you, transform this and it changes everything for you!
