I have a simple but powerful question for you today…
What makes your business different?
This can be such an important aspect of your business that most business owners don’t pay much attention to, but it can seriously be business changing!
There is SOOOO much choice out there these days. When someone wants to buy what you offer, what is going to make them choose you over the other businesses that offer the same or similar thing?
.. or do people even know that a business like yours exists if it is the only one like it?
So, what does make your business different? WHY do your current clients and customers come to you?
Don’t just go into the usual, “we are the best in the industry” or “we have great customer service,” because how many businesses do you see saying that? That isn’t very different these days, and often it is nice words, but doesn’t have solid follow through from the business!
Dig deeper. Be truthful with yourself… and don’t be afraid to OWN the strengths that you and your business have. What value do you bring to your clients?

Andrew and I are unlike a lot of other business coaches, we have a stack of real-world experience in the business world. Combined, we have well over 35 years’ experience in business. We have started numerous businesses, in different industries, some of them have been phenomenal successes and some have gone down as great lessons disguised as epic failures!

You also need to COMMUNICATE this difference to your ideal clients.
It is not going to do you much good knowing it for yourself and then not sharing it with anyone!
You must communicate it. Communicate it in your marketing, put it on your website, tell people when you are speaking with people in person, do posts on social media demonstrating it. Don’t hide your awesomeness and what makes you different!
It doesn’t have to be egotistic. It can be genuine and heartfelt.
… and remember to always have WHO your ideal client is in your mind. Speak to them. It doesn’t have to speak to everyone, just the people you want buying off you.
