Don’t give up on your business now

It has certainly been a challenging year for most businesses.  Actually, I don’t think ‘challenging’ really articulates the true intensity of it all!

The uncertainty as well as the changing rules and limitations have meant that we as business owners have had to constantly adapt and make endless changes not only in our business life, but also in our personal lives.

It is easy to wish this year would just hurry up and be done.  Start fresh next year for a better year ahead.  I’ve seen so many people say this, and I get it. It has been an incredibly hard year on so many fronts.  Next year to many people is where the hope is right now.  They are counting on the fresh energy of a new year to bring in better opportunities and situations.

But here is the thing.  Sorry to say so but next year (or any year for that matter) isn’t guaranteed to be any less dramatic than this one!

Covid-19 is showing itself to be stubborn and not going away (in the near future at least), not to mention climate change, bush fires, hurricanes, floods, wars and the other horrible world situations that are going on.

If you are wishing this year away in the hope for something better next year, you might get a shock when it isn’t all sunshine and roses.

I’m seriously not telling you this to distress you.  I don’t believe in getting into fear-based doom and gloom outcomes.  I’m actually telling you this to EMPOWER you.

If you are wishing the rest of this year away then you are forgetting that you have divine power and that YOU help to create the life that is happening around you.  How you respond to the intensity of what is going on impacts what happens around you.

Lead your life and create the results that you do want.

We are in September.  We still have over 3 months left of the year to make things happen.  To improve our situation and create some amazing results in our business and lives.  3 months is actually a really long time and lots can change in that space.  That is over quarter of the year left!

So why would you want it to just disappear?  Be over with already?  Or wish that away?

And yes, it isn’t always easy and yes there can be way more obstacles right now to get through, and yes things might take longer than they usually do, and yes things won’t usually get massively better overnight, and yes things can be messy, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go for it and move towards what you want to create.

Do you know that if you took just 3 small actions each week for the rest of the year that move you towards the results you want to create, you would have taken over 42 actions that are going to move your business and life forward!  Even if lots of those actions do not work, you are still going to be WAY better off than you are if you just let this year slip by.

So I encourage you to not give up on this year.  It can be better, and there are definitely lots of things you still CAN do to improve where you are at right now – no matter how tough or mild this year has impacted you.

Work out what results you want to create and take the actions to make it happen!

Great news!

If you want support to grow your business and improve your wellbeing to make the rest of the year positively impactful, I have availability to help 5 more businesses to hit some great results this year.  Contact me and let me know where you are at in your business and what you want to create.  Then we can chat to see the best fit of how we can work together.

We have HOPE.  Things can get BETTER.  There is so much that we CAN do.  Lets make the end of the year amazing!
