Are you losing clients because of this

Don’t put possible clients through a maze in order to buy…

Make it as simple as possible for people to buy off you! Seems obvious right?

Yet so many businesses make the process of finding out about their products and services really difficult. Even worse, when it comes to actually buying they make you go through 5 different web pages before you can actually buy!

Don’t send people who are keen to buy off you into a maze…

You are more than likely going to lose them, rather than them jumping through the madness of hoops that you have in order for them to buy.

I checked out something online today that I was interested in, I was definitely a potential buyer and you needed to go through 5 different web pages and 2 different websites before you could buy! WOW! Talk about a maze!

Now I know a lot of business owners are not technical so they may not even realise that their buying process is a maze. If you are not sure, go through the process yourself, see how easy it is to buy your own products and services off your website.

If you know the process well on your own site then get some friends to test it out and give you some honest feedback about how it can be improved, then get your web developer to simplify things!

Make it simple, keep it simple and that may just add way more clients to your business. People are too busy to be running through mazes in order to buy something online.

We’ve had a client recently that did just that, they simplified the buying process on their website and it lead to a massive increase in sales for them.
